For customers who have a working telephone line but don't have an existing broadband service.
Charge includes Broadband Activation and Fibre Upgrade onto an existing working telephone on the same day via a "SIM2" Provide.
Includes on-site installation by an Open Reach engineer to fit a VDSL Faceplate and test the connection using your own router or the router you have selected to purchase from us.
Upgrades your existing Broadband to our Fibre service.
Includes on-site installation by an Open Reach engineer (if required) to fit a VDSL Faceplate and test the connection using your own router or the router you have selected to purchase from us.
You can chose this option if you already have an Open Reach Modem or VDSL broadband Router and are migrating from another Openreach Based Fibre provider.
By choosing this option you accept that you do not need an on-site visit from an Open Reach engineer, already have an existing Fibre service and are happy to plug in your own router or the router you have selected to purchase from us.
